White Oak
The heartwood of white oak has a light to medium brown color with an olive cast, while the sapwood is nearly white to light brown.White oak plywood can be either quarter-sawn or rift-sawn. Quarter-sawn white oak plywood has a more uniform grain pattern, while rift-sawn has a more linear grain. Quarter-sawn plywood is less common than rift-sawn for white oak. It is considered a premium hardwood plywood option.

Baltic Birch
The uniform birch create a distinctive, attractive grain pattern on the edges of Baltic Birch plywood, often with alternating light and dark bands. This edge grain can be left exposed. Baltic Birch is popular for use in cabinetry, furniture, shop jigs, drawer boxes, and other applications where a high-quality, stable wood is required.
Walnut is known for its rich, dark brown color, fine grain, and availability in premium grades, making it a popular choice for high-quality furniture and high-end cabinetry applications.
The sapwood of maple has a nearly white to off-white cream color, sometimes with a reddish or golden hue, while the heartwood is a darker reddish brown. Maple is considered a furniture-grade and cabinet-grade hardwood plywood that is highly durable and able to withstand heavy use over time.

Superior Alder plywood has a reddish-brown color with a fine, uniform texture and a straight, yet subdued grain pattern. Superior Alder is well-suited for cabinetry, furniture, and other woodworking projects where an attractive, fine-grained hardwood is desired.
